I'M VERY SKINNY AND IM HAVING A PHOBIA OF CHECKING MY WEIGHT. IM A MARRIED GIRL AGE 30 YEARS. MY MOTHER-IN LAW USED TO SEE ME IN OTHER WAY SHE DONT SAY ANYTHING ONLY WITH HER EYES I GET TO UNDERSTAND. I WANT TO GAIN MY WEIGHT WITHIN ONE MONTH. PLEASE ADVICE.

Hello dear thank you for using HCM. In order to make you gain weight in a healthy way try to have a balanced diet made of 50% carbohydrates 30% proteins and 20% fats. Choose fats that come from nuts and dried seeds because are more healthy. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables full of antioxidants. Take about 1800-2000 calories.
