Hello dear thank you for using HCM. In order to make you gain weight in a healthy way try to have a balanced diet made of 50% carbohydrates 30% proteins and 20% fats. Choose fats that come from nuts and dried seeds because are more healthy. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables full of antioxidants. Take about 1800-2000 calories.
