hi, my name is raj. my height is 6.0 and weight is 58. every looking and laughing on my face. I want to put sum weight(gain weight up to 5-10kg s). I working for night shifts. I will take 2 small and 2 big meals. still not putting weight. Please suggest some pills to put some weight to cover my ribs and bones

Hi Thanks for asking HCM.
There are no safe sound drugs for gaining weight.
Have lots of high protein , carbohydrate diet.
You can consult a dietitian for the same.
Add exercise according to your routine and age.
If you are coping up with your work successfully, without tiring and have no physical complaints , then you are fit and fine, do not worry what others have to say, and if you feel some thing is wrong with your fitness ,see a doctor, and get yourself investigated.
