How To Gain Weight?

hi doc, m 26 yrs old ,176cms and 58-60kgs weight man. So obviously m underweight. As far as my knowledge i have some worries and sometimes get stress ,so these things might be playing good role in making me underweight. My diet is very normal,3 times simple indian meal. Few months back I used to have 4-5 boiled eggs per day to increase my protein intake. It continued for 3 months. But all in vain. I avoid milk because I face skin problem like acne and pimples whenever I take dairy products. Should I go for food supplement like endura mass or not ? I have no other medical problems. Suggest me something please.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Increase in weight can be achieved by increasing the amount of calories ingested with food and drink and decreasing the energy loss by activity and exercise.

In terms of diet:(1)you would need to increase your portion sizes
(2)increase the frequency of meals
(3)add dressings/oils/butter/peanut butter to your meals to increase their caloric value
(4)use snacks high in calories eg nuts

I hope this helps
