Hi ...... Its prashant here .my age is 18 but my weight is only 40kg .i need to increase my weight but without using mass gain & whey protein... I have too low apitite ...... So usually I don t have food beyond certain limit ..... I have sinus problem too.......

HI PRASHANT THANKS FOR ASKING THIS ON HCM, GAINING WEIGHT IS NOT A TOUGH PROCESS YOU JUST HAVE TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY DIET REGULARLY. THERE IS NO NEED FOR SUPLLEMENTARY PROTEIN. FOOD LIKE CHICKEN,EGG,MILK, DRY FRUITS, FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES IN ADEQUATE AMOUNT IS ENOUGH. TRY TO TAKE TWO GLASSES OF MILK DAILY AND 2 BANANAS. AND SPLIT YOUR DAILY MEAL INTO A 5 COURSE MEAL SINCE YOU HAVE LESS APPETITE. TRY TO WORKOUT IN GYM REGULARLY FOR ATLEAST 30 MINS. TAKE CARE
