How To Get Back The ECR Count To Normal Range?

Sir, My Son is 3 Years old and his ESR Count is 18. Is it dangerous? And how can i get that back to normal range. I have consulted Doctor and they gave some antiboiotic. Are there any preventive measures by which i can get back that count to normal range

there is not much significance of this value of ESR. is there is history of fever, joint pain, cough . i my opinion there is no thing to worry. we treat the patients not the reports
