How To Get Ball In The Sigmoid Column Out?

This is embarassing but I guess it happens to people from time to time. So I was playing anally with sex toys and then I decided to stick this 2'' ball up my anus. I thought I could control it or at very least force it out using my spincher muscles.. However, it managed to get somewhat near sigmonds column and I stopped because I don't want it to get down in there any further. I will try to poop it out, but are there any other ways besides squating(because that didnt work) to get it out? Also, the ball has a smooth surface so there should be no problems. It has been about 1-2 hours since the accident, so please, reply as soon as possible. Thank you.
