How To Get Permanent Relief From Pain From A Bone Spur In The Heel?

I am having terrible pain from a bone spur in the heel of my right foot. The things I do to relieve the pain are only temporary. I roll an ice bottle on the bottom of my foot and I wear a plantar facitis boot to bed. I need to do something that will be more permanent relief. Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome.

Surgery would be the permanent solution to a bone spur causing discomfort. The bone spur will be removed surgically to provide complete relief.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
