hello. i take levothyroxine, and last 6 months, 100 mcg. i have terrible cramps in my hands, and from the knees down... they are terrible. plus my rib cage... also, my hair on top has thinned so much, you see my scalp.i take my pill early am. but i didnt think and took with my coffee, with creamer and sugar. lots of both. i was on a lessor dose for many years..75 mcg. i hae become potassium intolerant, and any time i have any food with it, i cramp and curl up in my body. horrible
