How To Get Relief From Epigastric Pain As Medicines Are Not Helping?

Hello,myself dr chintan 40yrs suffering from epigastric painsince 10days after pressing over dicomfort in abdomen, reflux in throat. 2times endoscpe done but result was entral gastritis,i have taken pantoprazole, and other H2 bloker since 3yr but i could not gee relief. Now what should i do plz advice me?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms are due to hyperacidity then it needs to be given try with PPI like Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and it has to be taken at evening time, possibility of H pylori need to be ruled out root and if found then it needs to be taken care for cure hope this information helps.
