How To Get Relief From Neck, Shoulder, Arms And Upper Back Pain?

My neck, shoulder, arms, and upper back hurt. Its a numb, dull ache, not a sharp pain. The pain has been getting worse for the last week. I take IBU800 and tramadol 50mg but the pain seems to be getting worse and the pain meds aren t doing much good for an extended period of time.

Hi,

I have gone through your query.

You should get xray of cervical spine done in AP and Lateral view done and send me the report.

Till then you can take 1 tab. aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day with prescription of doctor.
