How To Get Relief From Pain During Urination?

It hurts to pee but I don't think it's a urinary track infection because it hurts to sit, stand, or do anything. I know where the spot is but its way to embarrassing to show my mom and I can't see if it's a cut or sore spot. School starts soon and the pain needs to stop! I have tried neosporin which doesn't really work and diaper rash cream. HELP!!!

* Can take analgesic tylenol (325)mg morning and evening after meals
