How To Get Relief From Pain In Knee Along With Swelling After Falling?
I have inside knee pain which started after a fall of a horse. I can't straighten it or bend it completely. I can put weight on it but it does hurt and it feels weak on the inside of my knee and the is swelling right around the knee. there is a little pain on the out side but mostly on the inside. it's tender to touch

After going through your query it seems you have sprain knee(medial collateral ligament injury).My advice would be ice fomentation,pain killer ,and avoid bending and extending the knee and sitting on floor.
