How To Get Relief From Pain, Swelling, Itching And Hotness After Falling While Ice Skating?
Hi I had a fall on saturday(ice skating) on Saturday. It was less painful and not so swollen on Sunday, so I didn't seek medical attention. I was encouraged by a family member to put some pressure on it-which I did. Its now really swollen again, quite painful when I try to move and itchy and hot.what shall I do while I await medical attention? I

You have not mentioned that where exactly you have got swelling. .if it is a bony area you need an Xray to see for a fracture. .
For symptomatic relief you may take NSAIDs like a combination of pain killers and serritiopeptidase. .
