How To Get Relief From Runny Nose,chest Congestion With Dark Phlegm Coughed Up?
Hi, for the passed 6 days I am suffering with a running nose, some minor chest congestion, with dark flem coughed up I received a prescription for singular. I have dozed off to sleep and wake you in a sweat. I also have a nasal spray prescribed Fluticasone. This things just keeps on hanging on, any suggestions very much appreciated. Robert

Hi Robert. Dark phlegm is usually due to super-added infection. You must take an antibiotic for which you may have to see your Doctor as these are prescription medicines. In the meantime continue with the medicines you are taking. Take steam inhalations as this helps to loosen the phlegm.
