Hi, I am Ronnie Dsouza, Age 41, Have a svere acidity problem, burning in abdomen and chest and throat, get foamish sour & fiery vomit in the morning and also after having meals or drining tea, I have tea only 2 times a day, my food is mild spicy, yet I have this problem, Also I am not a regular drinker.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Burning in abdomen, chest and throat; foamish sore and fiery vomiting indicate that you have severe gastritis with esophagitis problem that lead to a condition called GERD that is gastro-esophageal reflux disease. Tea and spicy food are known to increase such problems. Hence you have to stop such things, foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems. Also take a PPI like Omeprazole, antacid every three hourly particularly when on empty stomach. Domperidone as motility regulator. If these doe not help, get an appointment for an upper GI Endoscopy and an opinion of a Gastroenterologist for further evaluation of the problems and get treated accordingly.
