How To Get Rid Of Acne And Spots?

hi i am 27 yrs old female doctor suffering from recurrent acne on my whole face.with white and blackheads also on my full face for last 1yr,,didn't get acne in teens,,but now even after treatment its really annoying..kindly help me out how my skin be flawless?

Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Acne is a chronic and recurrent condition. You seem to have mainly comedonal acne. Comedones are the precursor lesions of acne.
Whiteheads or closed comedones are prone to develop into inflammatory acne i.e papules and pustules.
Blackheads or open comedones, are harmless except that they are a cosmetic concern.
Comedonal acne responds is best treated with a topical retinoid e.g either adapalene or tretinoin.
Topical retinoids are comedolytic and in additional to treating existing comedones, retinoids are also useful in preventing formation of new comedones.
Retinoids also help lighten the spots.
Topical retinoids are prescription drugs, therefore I suggest that talk to your dermatologist for the needful.
