How To Get Rid Of Back Pain?

Hrio,m m ay I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hi doc, i have this back ache which originates from the left hip (lower side) in certain postures of sitting & walking & goes till my left knee knuckles....could this be sitica ?? i have been doing sum random exercises over the past fortnight (although i have stopped the same once this problem surfaced) but could it be due to those exercises or could it be a case of sitica ??? pls answer....

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Sciatica pain.
There might behaving some degenerative chenges in your lower lumbar spines giving this punched nerve pressure.
Go for X-ray lumbo-sacral region.
Physiotherapy and back extension exercise will be helpful.
Avoid weight lifting.
Do not bent more from back.
Avoid squatting.
Ok and take care.
