Understanding your concern. As per your query you have black spots on the face due to TB treatment which occurs due to poor immunity of body, stress, hormone changes and exposure to sun are exaggerated factors. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day and consult your dermatologist if condition doesn't get better for proper examination. Apply clindamycin gel on face at night time. You can start with oral antibiotics or oral retinods after proper prescription. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Use medicated sun screen such as TANCARE rich in Spf 26. Apply creams containing kojic acid , benzoyl peroxide and tretinoin for long use. Drink plenty of water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
