How To Get Rid Of Blocked Nose Having Blood Mixed Mucus?

Hi, I have had a very bad cold or something for about 5 years now. But recently when I went to Spain I started waking up with mucus and blood mixed together on my pillow, and I wake up in the night because of it. What should I do? My nose and sinesis are always blocked, and i sound like I'm holding my nose. Can anything help me?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having nasal congestion with some soreness in nose giving rise mucous and bleeding from nasal cavity.
Take some decongestant oral medicine and put decongestant nasal drops like Otrivin.
Go for vicke vapor inhalation.
Ok and take care.
