How To Get Rid Of Excessive Dried Nasal Mucus?

I have a problem with excessive dried nasal mucus (I have had this problem for most of my life, i'm 45) i need to pick my nose several times a day to clear the blockages, this is embarrasing and socially unaceptable i know, but the "bogeys" can be painful and i end up breathing through my mouth rather than my nose if left blocked.

What can I do to ease the problem

Hi, for dried nasal mucous you can use saline nasal drops daily 3 drops 3 to 4 times.
Saline nasal douching, netipot can also be done.
Dont pick the nose as it may cause bleeding. Hope my answers have helped you.
