How To Get Rid Of Bowel Pains?

I have had bowel problems for years I was told it may be jean ewings diskinesia I've had many ercps with and with out stents they removed sphincter of odi and I now have scars there and can feel every spasm they are medicating me but it isn't solving the problem as I am in constant pain. Please help with a suggestion

* Certain bowel pains are notorious and don`t have definite curative
management , in that cases the holistic healing comes into picture with
major life style modifications ( bit hard to follow but give results definitely
at long terms & are life lasting results ) . Narrating salient features of it
- drink plenty of liquids preferably boiled water round the clock , coconut
water , lemon juice , green tea , coffee , butter milk .
- have small amounts of light diet at regular intervals .
- consume balanced diet containing all necessary ingredients for the gut as
carbohydrates, proteins , less fat, minerals, anti-oxidants , trace elements
vitamins , fiber , whole grains .
- avoid all oily / spicy / non vegetarian stuffs / beverages / excess cheese /
ghee / excess sugar / artificial sweeteners / junk foods
- chew your food thoroughly
- maintain oral hygiene
- keep your BP , Blood sugar, Cholesterol , weight under control
- pre pro biotics in commercial preparations as well as fresh curd also help
- regular walking in fresh air to rejuvenate body with oxygen enough
amount , light exercises at home , deep breathing exercises , meditations ,
YOGA are the corner stone aspects of the management
- fix timings of breakfast, lunch , dinner till possible .
