Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would suggest to avoid the spicy food, citric fruits, and heavy meal until it cures. In medicine, the best is tab Omeprazole and Domperidone. Continue this therapy for up to 6 weeks then your symptoms will be gone.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
