How To Get Rid Of Dandruff?

Hello sir. I am having severe dandruff problem since last couple of months. Normally I used to encounter seasonal dandruff. Whenever season changed, I used to get dandruff but that used to go away with a wash or two with anti-dandruff shampoo. This time, it has been almost an year but I am not able to get rid of it. Please suggest something.

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

For dandruff you could use a topical steroid lotion once or twice daily at the scalp skin in addition to the antidandruff shampoo. Once your dandruff is well controlled you could stop the topical steroid lotion and simply continue with antidandruff lotion twice or once weekly for maintenance.
