How To Get Rid Of Dizziness?

I work out with a personal trainer a few times a week. I do fine until I have to do any exercise where I change levels. I get extremely dizzy to the point where I think I may black out. Any ideas or how to improve the issue? 30 years old, female 200lbs 5'4

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this dizziness that you have reported. If this occurs during exercise, then it may be related to dehydration of low blood sugar. This would be most likely should these occur towards the end of your training sessions. Monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar levels during episode for more information. also, eat well and make sure you drink enough before and during exercises.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
