If not then stool examination is necessary to identify parasites like infection.... If fever and abdominal pain present antibiotic like ciprofloxacin needs to be given for five days. ... Maintain hydration with lots of water.... Avoid excess spicy foods. .... Fruits more .... Avoid straining at stool.... Hemorrhoids resolves with time and avoid constipation after resolution of diarrhea. . If hemorrhoids not improving surgical approach needed like injection sclerosent or banding like procedure ...
