Hi Doctor. I am a 28 yrs old Male weighing around 175 lbs. I have a lot of fat in my lower abdomen and buttocks. I also have a bit of fat in my thighs. could you describe a good fat loss supplement which I can take for reducing weight. As of now, I have just started working out a bit at home with a pair of dumbells. I am also taking Nutrilite Protein powder as I read reviews that it helps in fat loss. Please let me know of a good effective and safe weight loss supplement as I am getting married in 3 months and wish to have a physique which does not embarrass me.

Weight loss can sometimes be difficult but if you change your diet and continue exercising it would help.

In terms of the activity which you have already started, you should add aerobic exercise to your strength training. At least 150 minutes a week of exercise should be done.

The supplement may help with your weight loss program but should be used in addition to other changes in your diet.
There are different diet options, the main ones are the low fat/low calorie diet and the low carbohydrate diet.

You can choose the one that best suits you.
