How To Get Rid Of Lumps Under Nipples During Puberty?

hi im a 13 year old boy. and i have large lumps under my nipples and ive had them for more than a year and it says on health websites that your only supposed to have them for a couple months. They hurt when i barely touch them. i know its a puberty thing but i want to get rid of them ASAP.

Hi,

These are very normal during puberty and there is no drug which can make that disappear suddenly.

If the pain is unbearable I suggest you take Ibuprofen on as and when the required basis.

Of still in pain then I suggest you consult your pediatrician along with your parents.
