How To Get Rid Of My Daughter's Fever?

My child is 2 1/2 years old suffering in fever from 15.01.2014. At present she is directed to take Bricacef, but still she is getting fever in the evening and morning. We have done urine and blood test (including culture) the results are good. Pl help me.
