How To Get Rid Of Rectal Pain?

For several months i've had pain in my rectum area. haven't had any diet changes but other than some pain it seams that i cant ever wipe good enough. Sometimes bowl movements are very frequent and it feels that i never get rid of all. I do have blood sometimes but it doesnt seem to be in the stool but rather from my rectum.

HI
Well come to HCM
The given history would be suggestive of fissure because of he anal fissure such pain is very likely, even little infection may aggregate the pain, in my opinion this can be best treated with "policresulen cream" take care.
