Hello,
You can take a Decongestant tablet with antihistaminic , with nasal decongestant
I advice to my patients-- like xylometazoline nose drops 2 drops both nostril 2 times a day for 5 days
Oral decongestant like phenylephrine and anti histaminic like Loratidine or ebastine two times a day.
Keep ear dry.
