How To Get Rid Of Severe Lower Back Pain?

I am 27 years old and have been having terrible lower back pain. My back aches all day. I just got done doing some yardwork and it aches any time I bend down and leaves me breathless at times. I also have been having pain in my right calf and a sharp pain in my big toe.

Welcome to Healthcare magic. Primary treatment of backache is bed rest and analgesic (diclofenac sodium 50 mg three times a day). Probably you are suffering from prolapse disc. This can be confirmed by MRI scan of your lumbar spine.
