How To Get Rid Of Severe Pain In Neck?

I have been feeling odd lately. First of all I have been on Limictal for 2 years now for Bipolar disorder. I take two twice a day. I don t take any other meds and never had an issue with my meds. But lately, I have been getting many dizzy spells, and even feeling like I am going to fall over. I also am having trouble with my vision and clear thinking. I have been pretty spacey, and last night while at a friends house I was talking and it felt like a huge vein painfully popped in my neck. I am not sure if that relates. But I just don t feel right lately.

Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of this nerve root there is dizziness.
I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
