How To Get Rid Of Severe Upper Back Pain?

Hello, I'm 23 years old man and I have an upper back pain that worsens when I bend down. I wake up with this pain every morning for about 2 months now. The pain feels about 4 between the range of 0-10. It is located near 6th or 7th thoracic vertebra. I can feel the pain increasing especially if I rotate my thorax with legs fixed on the ground. My height is 5'6, and my weight is 144lbs. Besides the pain I am healthy. What could this be? Thank you.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some muscular strain and spam giving this problem.
Lack of physical exercises or sitting more time infront of computer can give rise this problem as well.
Go for regular physical exercises like running, swimming, walking etc. daily for 5 days in a week.
Go for back extension exercise daily.
Meanwhile take Diclophenac medicine as needed.
Ok and take care.
