How To Get Rid Of Stomach Issues And Nausea?

I have been having stomach issues for a couple days. Isn't always after i eat. It feels upset and i don't feel like eating but do. have had some nausea this last time. I took a tbl. of apple cider vinegar and it seems to supside for awhile. I belch it seems more that usual.

You should not ignore such symptoms. Usually they are caused by stomach inflammation, peptic ulcer or H.Pylori infection. However in some cases this can be a symptoms of stomach cancer.
You may also have upper middle abdominal pain or discomfort, chest burning, weight loss, weakness.
I suggest you to visit your doctor and have gastroscopy done.
In a meanwhile please avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, orange juice.
