Please Doctor, i suffer strong pains in my join nees, can i take a pills instaflex, how many could i take? I m 50 years old, 97 Kgs (portugaise weight), and 1,62 cm Height. My family suffer from artriets and the doctor in Mozambique tell me i had to reduce my weight and its a problem of family. Some times a have pains in join arms, and my back. I sawn in internet the natural product instaflex,for the same pains I had, thats why I have interested to take. The pain is very strong in my legs when i sitting for more than 2 hours at work.
