How To Get Rid Of The White Patch Above My Anus?

Hi! So I hadn t noticed until about 6-9 months ago, but my boyfriend found a big white patch above my anus, along with a pink line lining the crack. I m really worried about what this could be, I also have one very little spot like this on my breast close to my nipple. But other than that, that s the only little but I have found. I have started to really scrub my crack during showers, but that has not seemed to help either :( please tell me what I can do to fix this, if it s even fixable

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be vitiligo. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

Take tablet Trioxsalen forte daily and tablet levamisole daily may be taken for long time (few years) and apply Tacrolimus 0.1% ointment on the patches.

Have a regular follow up by your dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel
