How To Get Rid Off Joint And Muscle Pain?
My wife palm and foot sole becomes hot in evening up to night 12.00 pm .She have pain in her both foot and head also in increasing decreasing manner. She feel hardness in both knees. she is not diabetic. she have some joint pain problem for long time. please help

Based on your description she seems to have polyarthritis (multiple joint pain) needs investigation like-
Serum RA factor, serum uric acid, ANA factor, complete blood count .Beside blood test clinical examination is must to make diagnosis like -morning stiffness present or not, number of joint involved, swollen and warm joint and so on.
Meanwhile you can give her nutritional joint supplement like glucosamine (1500mg in divided doses), pain killer like indomethacin after having a word with your doctor.
