How To Get Rid Off Of Strong Urges To Urinate?

Yes I have been going to urologist for over 4 years. I have had constant urges to pee that never go away never. They are so strong I can t stand them anymore. Its like waking up to an unending nightmare. It has been taking over my life and I want to enjoy life again. It is never a UTI and the doctors have tried all the medicines nothing helps. I have had the interstim placement, the bladder stretching, the bladder botox the whole works. Nothing is working. Everything I eat makes me worse and I don t pee but a few onces or less when I go right now not much of anything. Whenever the doctor did the bladder scan it showed only 50-60 cc s in me and everytime I m catherized they only get a few ounces out. The doctor thinks its bladder sensations. The not peeing part isn t whats bothering me it is the constant very unbareable very strong urge that want go away or ease off. There has to me something.
