Hi,

You seem to have keratosis pilaris. There may be keratotic papular eruptions on arms. There may be dryness. There may be mild itching. The condition is benign. It look like pimple but it is not pimple. It may be hereditary. Ciao isotretinoin 10 mg or vitamin A may be taken for long time. Vitamin E and vitamin C may be taken. Apply vitamin E cream twice a day do not rupture the lesions. Take carrot and papaya more in diet. Do not rub soap on affected area during bath. You may be improved after few months treatment. It may relapse again. Repeat treatment accordingly. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
