How To Get Rid Off The Injuries After Car Crash?

yesterday i was in a severe car crash. the paramedics didn't make me go to the hospital, and everything feels okay except the back of my neck is sore and feels swollen? is that normal? also my lower back is very sore. the only other injuries are a black eye and cuts from the seatbelt.
