How To Get Rid Off The Sunken Place At The Back Of Head?

My 6yr old daughter fell at school and hit her head on the floor she now has a sunken place in the back of her head where she hit it. She's complaining with it hurting and I've gave her something for pain and she has ice on it. I was just concerned and wanted to be sure she's ok.

If this is head injury then this need to kept under observation for some time this is rule, because anything could happen at anytime during this time period of 48 hours, and no need to take any risk, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
