Hi,
It seems that you must be having some generalized weakness due to deficiencies of nourishing diet,Iron and multivitamin deficiency are main cause of your problem.
This can cause sexual weakness as well.
Take high protein diet, fresh green veggies and fruits.
Take few dry fruits daily.
Take some iron and multivitamin supplements.
Ok and take care.
