How To Get Used To Cold Temperatures?

I feel cold even when temperature is not too low.It is summer season in here.I feel cold in office because of AC.and i need good warm jacket to keep myself warm.But all my colleagues are comfortable in their half sleeve shirts. Basically i am not able to tolerate little bit cold. If my room AC is set to 22-23C.I start feeling bit cold.
My age is 25.

I can understand your problem even though some data is missing!
In addition to the above symptom do you suffer from constipation, fatigue, change of voice, menstrual problems ( if you are a female ) then see your doctor to rule out hypo functioning of thyroid.
