HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The ends of the long bones have an area called the epiphyseal plate which is involved in increasing the length of these bones and therefore increasing height.

At the end of adolescence these areas change and no further height is possible. They stop adding new bone and cannot be reverted unfortunately.

This usually occurs by age 16, 17. Since you are 19 yrs old, you are pass this point and unlikely to become taller.

Weight , however can be controlled and changed. If you are overweight, decreasing your calorie intake and increasing your activity will help you to lose weight.
If you are underweight then increasing your calorie intake and decreasing activity, would be needed.

I hope this helps
