How To Heal A Cut In Meatus After An Intercourse?

hi doctor, 2 months ago after i had inter-sexual with my girlfriend, the next day i noticed a small cut in the meatus, it was very small and it got bigger day by day, i m very afraid now cause the opening has gotten too large, please help me out if i need to do a surgery?

If you have got some problem like you feel this is big opening of meatus then this may not be due to the intercourse neither this is any disease that can be matter of concern, this could be normal one and no need any medical or surgical treatment, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
