How To Heal Ankle Sprain?

Had my ankle kicked out while playing rough with some guys 2 weeks ago. Fell and felt a twinge in ankle. Some minor immediate discomfort right away but minor. Next day felt minor soreness. Getting worse over time. Now a dull ache and tingle, and more pronounced when walking with no shoes on. Definite dull pain with weight on it. Especially bad after inactivity or too much activity. Getting g worse over time.

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to advise you that you should first get yourself clinically examined and investigated. An X-ray of your ankle will be helpful.

You should give proper rest to your ankle.
Hot fomentation and application of pain relieving gel will be helpful.

You should take painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with serratiopeptidase and Omeprazole 40 mg before meals.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.

I find this answer helpful
