How To Heal Chronic Pain In Shoulder/chest Area With History Of Right Shoulder Surgery Twice?

I am having pain in the front part of my shoulder/chest area. It is not constant or consistent. I have had shoulder surgery on the right shoulder twice. Here is an example of what/happens. I received a tight hug from a friend and it caused immediate pain into my breast, underarm and down into my arm and hand, it usually goes away once I can massage it a little and relax. I have had EKG's done and an Echo done in the last year, This has been going on for a few years. My Dr.'s don't know what to do for me? One thought Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, another Tietz syndrome, and other "floating rib". My PT said she cannot help me any longer until they know what is going on with me. I don't know where to go?

I have studied your case in detail. In my opinion it can be a nerve compression at your shoulder. does this hurt more at night time. If you would be my patient i would like to get MRI of your shoulder done. This will give us idea whether your shoulder has some ligament tear or nerve compression.
