How To Heal Cortisone Mediated Side Impacts Like Extremely Hyper,elevated Heart Rate,tingly Limb And Ear Roaring?

My boyfriend got a cortisone shot today to help with body aches related to the flu, and he is experiencing negative side effects. He is extremely hyper, heart racing, tingly feeling in limbs, kind of a load roaring in ears that comes and goes. He experienced similar symptoms when he was prescribed an oral steroid for extreme nasal congestion by his ENT. He is ok, but definitely uncomfortable. What can he do to get the cortisone out of his body as quickly as possible? Does eating or drinking water help, anything else?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Extremely hyper,heart racing,tingly limbs,roaring in ears,can be present with the fever also,if not present before, it is possibility to be of the cortisone. It usually happen due to the gastric irritation as it is delivered in the stomach,or tablets may be irritant to the stomach.Or may be by increasing the BP.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
