How To Heal Fire Ants Bite Mediated Wound In A 3 Years Old Kid?

3 yr old stepped in fireants has bites on top of foot. Started swelling. Have given antihistamine orally & rubbed on foot also gave ibuprofen for the pain. Have been icieing & keeping it elevated as much as possible. Soaked in Epsom salt for 20 min. Is there anything else I can do?
