How To Heal Knee Pain?
I am 51 yrs old. Male. Had surgery on my left knee. Has been 3 months and now I am having bad pain when at the top of my left leg when I sit to tie my shoes or try to cross my left leg to twist to get up from a sitting position. Why am I having such pain? YYYY@YYYY

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists you can consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
